To consider

In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed. Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner. In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.

One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.

You will find our lovely beach bar on Taurito Beach. It has an indoor area and a chill‑out terrace furnished with comfy sofas. The Beach Club’s drinks and snacks are free for the Hotel’s all‑inclusive guests. From midday to 3 pm, the Beach Club also serves salads, pizza, sandwiches and pasta.

All Inclusive Standard includes soft drinks, sparkling and still water, beer, sangria, cava and wine on tap from service stations. Alcohol-free beers are also available in bottles. Bottled water is not included. The alcoholic beverages are white label and the alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails are machine-made. All other drinks are at additional charge. You may pay at the hotel the difference for an all-inclusive Plus package to have with access to bottled drinks, smoothies and alcoholic beverages from national and international brands.

The upgrade must be booked for all adult occupants of the room for the duration of the stay.

Overall, our stay was delightful with excellent amenities and breathtaking sea views.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The variety of foods, drinks, and desserts was impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences. The pools were clean and the rooms were comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional sea view from our balcony – it was breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience.

Loved it ! If u don’t mind the steps and not having much around you then it’s perfect. Fabulous views and super clean.

Good family holiday

The overall hotel experience was good, the food was great had some great meals and the pool food was great. WiFi is good when you are at pool and in lobby but sketchy in rooms far away if we stayed again I would recommend pool view not sea view. I saw issues within reviews before where others had suggested issues with the lifts but all way fine on our stay The staff were good except one this was the security on arrival who was nothing short of rude and unhelpful. As other have suggested the property is in need of a face lift but not to the point of making your stay poor but mention it make give the company the push to do it. But our stay was good and left us with happy memories the pool team where fantastic. Definitely value for the money

Very Good

The hotel ambiance was delightful and pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. While the food options were somewhat limited (At least for me), the quality was commendable. Additionally, the hotel pools were excellent.

Accessing the hotel without a vehicle proved challenging, and there were issues with certain elevators not functioning properly during our stay.

We spent an amazing week here with proper summer weather in the first week of December, which was an unexpected surprise! It's a roughly 20 min walk to get to the beach providing you with a daily exercise and even a sense of achievement when going back uphills (which is much more fun than the shuttle bus:). The mountains around protect the beach from the wind, so you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the ocean. The beach bar is very convenient, however the food selection is rather limited (lunch available 12.00-15.00) and staff seem to be a little tired. All other staff in the hotel were super friendly and helpful and the rooms are being made up daily to an excellent standard. Last but not least the view is breathtaking!

The standard of the room and bathroom is closer to a 3 than a 4, maybe a 3.5 :) Our room was directly under the sunset bar, so we were woken by the constant moving of furniture every morning, but luckily not earlier than about 8.15. However, all in all we've had a lovely holiday!

Great place to stay!

Great staff, everyone really nice. If you have a problem or need something, you can ask, they will help. Food was delicious, every day new menu. Comfortable bus to the beach. Every night new entertainment program, for every taste. Everything kid friendly. Room is cleaned every day. Great view.

One thing we didn’t like: room didn’t have trash can (only in the bathroom).

Lovely hotel, but...

Hotel lovely, love the small beach

Bed very uncomfortable suffered with ailments I never had before requiring massages. White towels are not fluffy or white. They are almost threadbare and gone grey with age. I tried to get a better quality but there were none. Could do with more sockets or a charging station in the rooms

Hotel with beautiful views yet not very conveniently located

We were in block 6 so we had an amazing view, very impressive. The pools are awesome, one of them is even heated, there is music playing, very good atmosphere. We had all inclusive which was of quite good quality, in the evening we also enjoyed the sunset club. The hotel has a minimarket and playroom, they organize a free bus shuttle do Mogan or Taurito Beach. Maintenance works fast and efficient, our faulty hairdryer was replaced very fast. We were able to park at the hotel for free, there was luckily enough space for us during our stay.

The room is already outdated and it needs some reconstruction. There was a door between our and neighboring room, even though it was locked, it didn't feel good at all. There was both bath and shower in the bathroom, not sure why, nevertheless the hot water did not run in the shower, so ultimately we were glad that the bath was there, even though the space could be better used for a bidet for example. Reception staff is very kind and always helpful, restaurant staff and especially the chef not so much. We had a small issue as my boyfriend was spilled with hot oil due to cook's mistake. There was not much apologizing and when I kindly asked for some cream, balsam or any help to cool the hand, the chef just told me quite rudely that he was not a doctor and he can just call one for us if we want. It was curious, because one of the cooks told us beforehand that they had some calming balm. Since the injury was minor, there was no point to call the doctor luckily, we just lacked a bit of understanding, effort to be helpful or at least proper apology or regret in such hotel. Quality of water in the machines is not very good, we preferred to buy water in the shop. We would have appreciated if the hotel puts some proper filtered water machine in the lobby or somewhere. The quality of draft wine and cava was not high either according to our liking. The block 6 has a great view and it was quiet, but it goes with a cost of climbing a lot of stairs or taking three lifts plus still walk a bit. We were ready for that, but every day some of the lifts were out of service, mostly one or two which was a bit annoying, but we still appreciated the cool view. Also, it takes about 20-25 minutes of walk to go to the Taurito beach area, so the hotel is for the people who don't mind staying in it a lot or wish to take the shuttle bus or walk a lot to the centre/beach.
